Heritage Oaks Memorial took great care with my brother last year in 2025, and then provided the same gracious quality care with my parent this summer 2026.
Their sincere compassion and natural comprehension of what is happening for the family suffering an unimaginable loss is singularly outstanding and highly appreciated. They walk you through this process of grief and parting with your loved one so delicately and seamlessly. While dealing with this process for both my family members, the mourning/grieving space I was in was never abruptly sidelined or interrupted. Instead, it was acknowledged and shared by them with me as if I was being warmly and gently embraced by them and they were walking beside me through my journey of loss.
Wendy is extraordinary!! I think of her as a friend rather than someone I dealt with during a necessary service. THAT cannot be valued enough.
