This is a long overdue review for the spectacular assistance and service we received a year ago. We held my sister’s viewing service here and Nicole did an amazing job accommodating all of our requests, along with a few last minute requests from our dad. We had to fly our sister’s remains back to Sacramento and the process was seamless with Nicole’s help. She did a wonderful job ensuring our sister looked her best as everyone saw her for the last time. We were able to come in the day before to check that her makeup and everything looked fine. Brandi Nichols assisted my mother with pre-planning and I was able to sit in. It was such an enjoyable appointment. It felt more like a visit from an old friend. The following week, I decided to follow my mother’s example and pre-plan as well. Brandi is very personable and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. She is able to discuss sensitive topics with tact and respect. I highly recommend pre-planning to everyone!
