Fortunately, Visionworks has a 100-day guarantee. I spoke with Paul Nunez and had the glasses remade with no issues whatsoever! Also, Paul helped me and my wife on a previous visit and was very friendly, patient and helpful in selecting new glasses and the technical details of the options. Paul is a credit to the store and an expert at his craft!“
