Responsive, showed up when he said he would and on time, he left a great first impression. We were planning to get multiple quotes but we liked him so much we already knew we wanted to work with him to do our patio. His guys were friendly and always respectful of our yard and left the work area tidy each time they came. They worked unbelievably fast and completed the entire job in a total of 3 days which we thought was unreal for how much work it was. I would say 10/10 on listening and achieving our desired result!
