“I needed a bathroom remodel to remove an old tub in a small 1956 ranch style house. I'm very happy that I chose Banner Construction to complete the job. They laid protective covers on my hardwood floors, and they were very accurate on the estimated time it would take. Balazs was very easy to work with, and he was always available to talk when I called. The demo crew was very friendly and polite, and the tile subcontractor, Victor, was absolutely amazing. My bathroom, although small, is very beautiful. I will be using them for my 2nd bathroom remodel. I highly recommend them.“

“We had Brent, of Granite Bay House Doctors, come by and give up a bid to repair south facing, facia boards and roof beams. The area had extensive dry rot. Within a week Brent and his guys showed up and did all the repairs in a professional manor. We were happy with all aspects of his work. The patio cover and fan and lights all look beautiful. They installed 2 drop down sun shades and a fan (both of which I purchased separately) as part of the job and they assist with making the patio very comfortable. It's like having another room!

Justin was also great to work with. He answered my questions and advised about a few things. The patio cover is actually better looking than I expected!! I’m very pleased.
