“Always a great experience. Very thorough. Love the availability when I need an appt. Friendly staff and always willing to make sure my kitties are well taken care of. My cats doctor is Dr. A and he is always attentive and has a great personality. Even when I need to see other doctors they are all great. All in all I absolutely love this facility. I know my cats are always getting the best vet care. I love the hours and how they are open on Saturdays. Most vets aren’t even open on Saturdays. Very clean and very beautiful inside. If your looking for great doctors and great staff this is absolutely the place to go.“

“First time at this vet office they were so kind to my pet . Banjo is a very nervous dog but he was completely calm in their care. The vet was straight to the point focused on what I was there for and did not add extras . I give them a 10/10 I will be back as a returning client for sure and will recommend to others. Office staff was friendly, helpful and very well organized. Clinic is also very clean.“

“I’ve trusted Bay Cities Pet Hospital for over 30 years. This is the first time since I was a little girl that I don’t have a dog, and that alone says how big a role they’ve played in my life. Dr. Rios has always been my first choice — personable, compassionate, and truly invested in her patients. The appointment-only system now makes visits much smoother, with less waiting and easier parking, which matters when you’re already stressed. When my boy Jake was battling kidney disease, the care and kindness from the entire team meant everything. Sarah, the office manager, was wonderful in helping manage his visits and fluids. Stephanie was incredibly patient and kind — teaching me how to give fluids at home during a very stressful visit (Jake wasn’t thrilled, but she handled it with such calm and care). Jake ended up trusting the process as time went on. Emily and Christina were also amazing — always warm and genuinely compassionate. Losing Jake was heartbreaking, but knowing he was treated with love and care made a difference. When I’m ready to adopt again — and I will — this is the only place I’ll go.“

“As a dog, mom, my fur baby is what matters most to me. Unfortunately, when I was not home, my dog kilo escaped from our house and got hit by a car going over 50 miles an hour. She looked horrible, but to make a long story short, I first took my dog to an emergency vet clinic that was trying to charge me over $6000 to do basic scans and non-including FULL BODY x-rays. I would’ve paid anything to keep my dog healthy, But their service was money hungry, and they didn’t care about my dog at all.

So I took that risk and waited a couple more hours to go to economico pet hospital. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Keep in mind that this pet hospital is a first come first serve, which I find amazing since nobody with appointments could cut in between slots. But with that being said, you have to show up early if you wanna be seen faster.I was terrified to leave my baby with people I’ve never met before, but their knowledge and overall presence was already 10 times better than the service I received at the emergency vet. The doctor that took care of my dog was Dr. Kim and she was freaking amazing. She was so knowledgeable and within the back-and-forth visits she was the doctor to see my pet. She recommended medication and supplements to my dog, but if I felt like she didn’t need them, then I was able to remove them from the bill before paying. I love that nothing felt pressured, and it was all up to the Dog owner to make the final decision. To top it off, my vet bill was literally half of what the emergency vet was paying. I will recommend this pet hospital to anyone that is having concerns about their dog. Thank you Economico! 🤍“

“The receptionist was super friendly and easy to explain the reason for the visit. They do accept care credit, cash and cc. The vet was sweet and took her time with our dog. She prescribed medication and was really specific of each test that was recommended. Park in is very limited in the front but they do have parking in the back, it’s just a bit hard/narrow driving into the lot.“

“This is an establishment that I took two of my former dogs to over 30 years ago. I have a new puppy and she’s back with them as well. They give very thorough examinations and they go over each item in detail on the invoice until you understand. The office is clean! Very clean. You’d think you were there for a human. HOWEVER, This is what I expect from any hospital human or animal. It makes you feel very comfortable. And the knowledgeable staff is very friendly, informative, and the doctors and staff provide information in layman’s terms. They spend enough time with you to ensure you are comfortable and fully informed. I’m so glad to be back with a professional and caring animal hospital. And I say many thanks to them, and to those reading this review, make your appointment now for your fur baby, feathered baby, or whatever baby you have. You won’t regret it. Oh, and the comments you may read about not being able to go inside is false. They may have gone during the pandemic and was not allowed in. Only the pet. But you absolutely ? can go inside. As you should. And I was placed in a very clean room with my Roxi. So I’m not sure where they get that from. They do have signs posted for drop offs or pick ups, but that sign is for those with disabilities or who can’t walk in. I hope that clears up some of the misleading post. Because I had to call them once there because I read the post and then saw the signs and I almost didn’t go. I’m so glad I did my own investigation because that is not the experience I remember from my past visits with my former pets. And they still had the records on both of my former pets! That was really over 30 years ago. I had both of those dogs when my daughter was a young child and she’s 37 now. And it’s the same warm, friendly, informative services I remember. Judge for yourself. You’ll be glad you did.“

“I had to take my precious cat Coco to Dr.Lynch as an emergency today. The whole staff very professional, caring and considerate. I was so upset because my cat was not urinating in his box and it had been two days. They did the test they determine that it wasn’t a blockage and I have to say the visit was extremely reasonable. Dr. Lynch never tried to upsell me. If you’re looking for a vet that truly likes what they’re doing I would come to this Office. Dr. Lynch is truly a dying breed of veterinarians.“

Dr. Streiber went far above and beyond for our family during one of the most gut wrenching experiences we’ve ever faced with our dog, Silver. From the moment we received her osteosarcoma diagnosis, he treated us with extraordinary compassion, patience, and honesty.

Dr. Streiber spent multiple hour-long phone calls with my wife and me, carefully explaining Silver’s diagnosis, the possible progression of the disease, and the various treatment options available. He never rushed us, never spoke in vague terms, and never made us feel like “just another case.” Instead, he took the time to truly educate us—so we could make thoughtful, evidence-based decisions that felt right for Silver and for our family.
