All staff have always been very pleasant and helpful. I have to single out Dr. Strauss who helped me in every possible way to inform me about possible treatment options for my beloved dog and even more. I highly recommend taking your furry child here. I had an emergency with my older baby and the front desk lady was very attentive (I really wish I gotten her name as she was soo nice- if I find out, I will definitely edit my review with her name). She didn't hesitate to help me right away. She tried her best to put me at ease and help me with anything she could. She saw that I was clearly very shaken and scared. Dr. Regina Veit was also super amazing and walked me through everything step by step. She only recommended what she thought my baby needed at the time. Wonderful kind staff that treat your pet better than you’re used to. Clean location without that crowded waiting room or having to wait outside. Not close to me but worth the extra time to go here. I still have a hard time believing how nice and helpful everyone was. Thank you to the special people that work here.
