It's hard to say much about the back technicians because I can't see what they do. I can tell some of them are caring and hard working, but my dog is very stressed when she has to go back there, even when drugged and exercised to her limits (which are many). It's sometimes a bit concerning when they take her back and don’t take her treats, or when I know they didn't use them, so she'll probably always be afraid of the vet.

But Dr. Ogino and Dr. Tong, at the least, have been great with her. She doesn't need a muzzle with them, and they've never suggested it, even though they aren't the first vets she saw. My pup definitely is ok with them, even if she gets a bit scared… read full review

Excellent experience all around. The clinic is well-run, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and attentive. We were seen on time, and the visit was smooth from check-in to check-out.

Dr. Ogino was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about both pets and their owners.

Our kittens just had their very first appointment, and this was the easiest, most comfortable vet visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Ogino was so kind and gentle, the two literally took a nap during the exam.
