We are incredibly grateful to Access Specialty Animal Hospital for the amazing care they gave our dog. When we first brought him in, we honestly feared we were going to lose him, and it was one of the scariest experiences we’ve ever been through. The doctors and staff were compassionate, attentive, and did such a wonderful job keeping us updated every step of the way. We spent a lot of time there, and we truly felt that our dog was in caring and capable hands. The facility is amazing, but what stood out most was the genuine care they showed our family and our dog. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did for him. We will always be grateful.
I have been to Access before with other pets. I have always felt like I got the best care for each of my dogs. The staff is professional and caring. This cannot be an easy job and yet there are always friendly people, and I feel like they really care about your pet health.
This was my second visit to Access. Just as my first visit, the facility was clean and the staff was kind and very helpful. Dr Erica Burkland was amazing. She explained everything about my pups care thoroughly and clearly. She took her time to answer all of my concerns. I will definitely refer my friends and family.
