I returned home from a 25 day vacation and saw my kitty Roxy had a huge sore on her side. Even as a new patient, Roxy got surgery that day and came home. The receptionist and both docs were perfect and I’m very appreciative that we’ve found a new home.
I’ve trusted Bay Animal Hospital with my Beastie’s health care for several years now. Staff is professional, friendly and efficient. The techs and docs really care and it shows. Always a great experience from just shots to a possible scary concern.
Everyone here is so great and they clearly love animals. The prices are reasonable and they explain all the charges up front so you can agree before they proceed with any procedures. They’ve taken really good care of my dog - I appreciate them so much!
