Took my dog Pumpkin for a dental cleaning. Everyone was so nice from checking in to discharge. They were in constant communication with me regarding the dental procedure from start to finish. Really gave me peace of mind. All around great service.

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Goodell and the staff at Bay Animal Hospital! Over a span of more than two decades, we have been consistently impressed with the level of expertise, compassion, and communication offered by the doctors and staff. Recently, we adopted a rescue puppy with a bad case of "cherry eyes". Although her's was a stubborn case to tackle, the doctors never gave up on her. Dr. Goodell, who brought in Dr. Marchione, an animal ophthalmologist, along with the staff, patiently and successfully restored her eyes back to normalcy. We will forever be grateful for the expert and loving care she received!
