This was my first visit to this veterinary office, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming, which made an already stressful visit with my pet even more unpleasant. I expected to be greeted with basic courtesy and professionalism, but that was not my experience.
While I understand that veterinary offices can be busy, that should not come at the expense of treating clients respectfully. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously, as the first interaction can make a lasting impression.

Great speedy service. It was kind of busy at opening of the door this morning 7/17 but they did make quick work of the line. As a new customer it’s was really simple to get in and get a Health certificate taken care of. If your in the neighborhood of looking for a Vet I’d recommend this location.
As a dog, mom, my fur baby is what matters most to me. Unfortunately, when I was not home, my dog kilo escaped from our house and got hit by a car going over 50 miles an hour. She looked horrible, but to make a long story short, I first took my dog to an emergency vet clinic that was trying to charge me over $6000 to do basic scans and non-including FULL BODY x-rays. I would’ve paid anything to keep my dog healthy, But their service was money hungry, and they didn’t care about my dog at all.
