I've been coming here for a while, but during my pickup today, I waited well over 90 minutes for a refill and was treated very disrespectfully by the front desk staff when I asked for an update. I wanted to bring this directly to your attention because that level of service doesn't reflect well on your veterinary practice. For context. I recently took my newly adopted dog Benji to see Dr. Seo, and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for the care Benji received at Economico Animal Hospital! The process was efficient and they were incredibly transparent about the costs of his care. Soon after, my dog Georgie fell ill, and again, the care that Georgie received from Dr. Seo was invaluable. Unfortunately, a few months later, my cat Lilybean fell ill and was diagnosed with kidney disease. She was hospitalized overnight and was brought back to good health. I highly recommend this clinic! We have been coming here for a few years now. The staff are wonderful with my dogs and always treat them with great care, patience, and kindness. They are very friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the animals they treat. I always feel comfortable knowing my dogs are in good hands. They take the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions.
