Mail your signed rabies and health certificate with an prepaid envelope addressed to yourself and a money order for 38 dollars to this address and they will fill it out and return it in as little as a day. Some of these vets wildin out with 200 dollars in fees for a service that you can do yourself. The vet office straight lied on the phone telling me the government raised the price! It’s still 38 dollars don’t be fooled! The employees here are efficient and helpful in telling me this.Be aware before hand that if you’re going to Latin America or India or China or anywhere on the list of nations not approved by the current administration because of rabies restrictions you will not get a stamp this is to avoid you having to leave your pet in that nation when you try to re-enter and has nothing to do with their service. Do your research you are responsible for yourself and your pet. This is a new restriction in the last two years not a mistake made by the people here.“

“I really like Dr Pan. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I feel like he really listens to my concerns. I never feel rushed when I take my kitty to see him (and I’ve been taking him a lot since Dec 2023 bc he is battling FIP).The reception staff is friendly.My only issue is that there seems to be long wait times even when you’re in the exam room . This clinic seems very busy so I wonder if there’s a staff shortage (or maybe bc the doctors talk thoroughly to each client as I mentioned above). I’m usually there at least 2 hrs. I think I’ve only been out of there within the hr one time“
“We just took our two captured cats in for their first check up, chips, and vaccines, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was great, they were good with our cats, and the whole experience was just a lot less painful than it could’ve been. I would definitely recommend them.“

Not only did they treat my dog, while they were at my house they jumped in when I asked and took care of my two cats as well. Just wow! Will be using Elite exclusively from now on, no more driving to the VCA after waiting weeks for an appointment.“

“I can’t say enough about the amazing team at BARC. My senior year old French Bulldog Kirby goes for physical therapy and acupuncture and they have provided top notch care. She recently had an IVDD flare up and bounced right back which I believe is due to the care she has received during preventative PT and accupuncture sessions. Today unfortunately we to make a hard decision and lay Jules down due to cancer of her liver. The staff was great again. We willmiss our dog very much. “I switched my cats to her homemade diet and my extra grumpy 9 year old cat is much happier. She's had the zoomies and playing more than usual. I realize now that the commercial food was the issue and I think she just had stomach problems. No more occasional diarrhea and the litter boxes smell much better now. And because I was feeding a higher quality wet food diet to 3 cats, it was extremely expensive and this is about 75% cheaper in cost.“
