Older students have the chance to go through a special class and then help out with the Tiger classes. What a great way to teach respect and leadership! My son is in the Little Tigers class right now and I so hope that he wants to stick with it as he gets older!“

“this is an amazing place to be a part of! There are martial arts classes for all ages (as long as you're at least 5 years old or older)! There are also fitness kickboxing classes coming soon and every option and resource this plsce has helps improve your physical and mental health. Not to mention confidence, self-esteem, etc. The staff and students here are also very friendly! They also are welcoming to dogs and babiesHighly recommend this place! “Everybody is like family there. Really well paced and oriented classes. When I first started the kickboxing classes it was very easy to find rhythm and not feel out of place or left behind. They gave me a lot of individual work and really made me feel at home and recognized. Would recommend this place for anyone. This is the place to go.“
