this is an amazing place to be a part of! There are martial arts classes for all ages (as long as you're at least 5 years old or older)! There are also fitness kickboxing classes coming soon and every option and resource this plsce has helps improve your physical and mental health. Not to mention confidence, self-esteem, etc. The staff and students here are also very friendly! They also are welcoming to dogs and babiesHighly recommend this place! My Grandkids and son all train here, they love it. It has boosted their confidence and showing them a new outlook on respect!! if you are looking to challenge yourself, this is a place to go!! The instructors here are absolutely amazing!

I needed to change my health and wanted to have it be fun as well so I signed up which was the hardest part for me. I have just signed my 6 yearly contract because I have Fallon in love with it. What it represents and for what it has done for me personally it has become part of my life and wouldn't change it for anything.
