Love it there, they teach you things that will help you out in the world and the instructors are so helpful! So much fun and I am happy that I rejoined because I did it for 3 years the left and then rejoined last year in March.Love it here!!

this is an amazing place to be a part of! There are martial arts classes for all ages (as long as you're at least 5 years old or older)! There are also fitness kickboxing classes coming soon and every option and resource this plsce has helps improve your physical and mental health. Not to mention confidence, self-esteem, etc. The staff and students here are also very friendly! They also are welcoming to dogs and babiesHighly recommend this place!
