Wonderful community and great coaches. Always make me feel welcomed and it feels like an actual family. Coaches are always happy to give me helpful advice and are very knowledgeable
It's become a sanctuary for me. Good people, good energy, and lessons on & off the mat. The way you hold yourself and perceive life changes altogether for the best. It lets you dig deep and challenge yourself. I don't know who I'd be with out Gracie Barra Rohnert Park.
Fantastic instruction. Rich really knew what he was talking about and the other staff and students were very friendly and welcoming! No one will try to smash you here, it's about learning and everyone is with the program in that instance. Great place!
