Pros:
- Love the workouts.
- I don’t have to plan what I’m going to do or wonder if the equipment will be available at the gym.
- I know when I go I’ll be working hard the entire 45mins. Overall it’s a big time saver.
- even though it can be a bit fast paced, you can definitely lift slower/heavier if you really want to focus on strength and muscle building on their strength days so it’s customizable in that sense.
Cons:
- main reason for 4 stars, which I imagine lots of people will disagree with, is the music. It’s typical for gyms and workout classes, I’m sure, but it’s pretty vulgar. Before Christ regenerated my heart and made me new in Him, I listened to the type of music they play so I find myself constantly praying for the Lord to guard my mind before, during and after workouts.
- Along with that, even though they have an area for kids to play in (I’d say 5years and older) I wouldn’t bring my kids bc of the music. I get that they will be exposed to the ways of the world but I won’t willingly put them in a place where they are listening to that for nearly an hour, they are sponges!!!! And yes I realize it’s my choice to still attend and pay for the class… clearly this hasn’t become a dealbreaker for me yet, but would be one of the few reasons I leave if the Holy Spirit and word of God change my convictions in the future (that or investing in my own home gym set up).

After a few weeks of targeted exercise ( and better shoes) my plantar fasciitis was eliminated. My body is stronger and my endurance better (shortness of breath was a problem) giving me more time and energy to work in the yard. Allyson has also offered helpful suggestions on nutrition and supplements. Allyson has been most helpful with both my physical and emotional well being and I am very pleased with her services.“

Long version:
I’ve been a member of Fitnello for just over six months, and the experience has truly been life‑changing. When I arrived for my initial consultation, I had never lifted weights and my background was limited to hot‑yoga practice.
My journey began with the group‑class prep session with Angelina. Her expertise and upbeat personality made the workout feel fun rather than intimidating. As I transitioned into regular group classes, I discovered a supportive community of women who were incredibly helpful and welcoming to newcomers.
Elina, the owner, now leads the evening sessions. She’s exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the “why” behind each movement. She also teaches us how to track our weights and reps so we can increase volume in a safe, progressive manner.
Beyond the friendly atmosphere and expert guidance, I’ve seen tangible results: a 5 % reduction in body fat and a 5 % increase in muscle mass!
