The old location (Suite C) directed me to their old location which is now owned by CrossFit.The staff at Ohana were very chill and very helpful/friendly. I went in for a 25 minute infrared sauna. While waiting for it to heat up, I was able to try out the leg compression sleeves, which I highly recommend.Overall, Ohana is a great location to recover after your workouts or to relax your stress away. Only shame is I didn't hear about them sooner!”
