Form and Function Physical Therapy
“Began looking for a physical therapist when I was told I had no cartilage in my right hip. Tried several different therapists, but they did not really help me. My pain became unbearable so I tried once more to find a therapist. After some research, I called Form and Function, spoke at length with Nick, who signed me up for a couple intro sessions with Trevor. I was not feeling hopeful and did not have any real expectations. I told Trevor as much. He didn't even flinch but did tell me he had years of experience working with people in similar situations.
Within two weeks, I noticed less pain. After another two weeks, I began to move better and with significantly reduced pain.
Trevor has designed a program that incorporates stretching, strength-building, and reduction of inflammation around my hip and knee areas. Trevor is also emotionally intelligent and intuitive -- a rarity these days. I am making steady progress. He met me where I was ~ no judgment. My wellness journey has turned a bright corner, and I'm hopeful once again.”
