They go out of their way to help people. They are unable to provide the service if you aren't there. They can't help you if you didn't communicate the issue with them.**Credit Card information is taken on new customers so when new customers don't show up or do not attempt to call and cancel, the therapist gets paid for the time. “Great staff! First visit was the first time since before I hurt my hip that I truly felt like my pain and tenseness went away. It was like I could go through my day as close to normal as possible again. Doctor is super friendly and has great advice for patients about how to help you after your session and for your specific pain. The advice given for my plantar fasciitis has been a life saver and has relief a lot of tension and has been making walking less painful the more I do as advised. That alone has been a amazing experience after years of back, leg, and foot pain. As well as the months of hip and knee pain.
