If you are wanting a relaxing massage, you are going to need to speak up and let them know that is what you are looking for. Their default is to get your body back to where it should be. This may mean a less than comfortable session, but from personal experience, you feel amazing long term. I have an incredibly stressful job and am pretty much a walking ball of stress with muscles that don't know the meaning of the word relaxed. The team here keeps me going. They work out the muscles and loosen the tight spots. Relieve the painful knots and keep my full range of motion. They also are so much fun to talk to. You sometimes gotta do something to keep your mind off the initial pressure, and laughing and talking is definitely a help. Overall, they are such a caring group of people that take pride in their work and are so skilled at what they do. I have nothing but positives to say and appreciate them keeping me healthy.“

The one thing I would say negative is I was 15 minutes early but didn’t get in the room until 10 minutes after my appointment and didn’t receive the full amount of time I paid for.
