I was called out for a service appointment and ended up walking out looking 5… maybe 10 years younger. At least that’s how I felt!

The staff has always been incredibly friendly whenever I’ve been there to provide my own services, so they already made me feel comfortable. As a guy, I was completely against doing anything like this for a lot of personal reasons. I always told myself I shouldn’t care. But the truth is, I did.

Looking back at older photos compared to recent ones made me realize how much my appearance was affecting my confidence. I found myself avoiding photos with my kids and even with my family. I hated admitting that, but it was true.

Today, that changed.

I was there the same day that it was sold to a customer and they were late by 20 minutes after my appointment time. This is the true definition of hypocrisy. If you’re gonna be late, you should give your customer your discount and that would even the playing field.“

Sally, the esthetician and owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and heard. I've been to other places where the environment felt hostile, they overpromise and underdeliver, or try to upsell you on things you don't need. My experience here was the complete opposite.

I originally went in asking for a different treatment, and instead of just agreeing to take my money, Sally took the time to explain the pros and cons and how it could actually be more damaging for my skin. She recommended a service that was better suited for my concerns and still let me choose without any pressure. You can tell she loves what she does and truly wants the best for her clients.

Another thing I appreciated is that all her prices are clearly listed on her website, nothing is made up on the spot, no random packages, no taking advantage. It's honest, transparent, and refreshing.

This is my second time seeing Sally, and I'm so pleased with my results (and I still have more sessions to go!). She's friendly, easygoing, and overall just amazing at what she does. I'm honestly so happy to say I've finally found a med spa I truly love. Highly recommend!“
