Story time:

I had my hair done at another salon after requesting a light blonde color. My hair was originally a very light brown/dark blonde, but I walked out with hair that was actually darker than when I came in, along with severe breakage and overall damage (Picture 1).

I was leaving for a trip soon and was desperate for a color correction. I decided to walk into the closest salon near me, Inland Empire Hair Co., and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made! I was greeted right away and explained what had happened to my hair. The stylist immediately said she knew the perfect person to help me and that’s when I met Alissa!

Alissa sat me down for a consultation, carefully examined my hair, and instantly knew what had gone wrong and exactly how to fix it. I was so relieved to find someone who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so confident and honest about the process. She was even able to fit me into her schedule before my trip, which I am beyond grateful for.

During my appointment, Alissa explained every step of the process in detail, which immediately put me at ease. She first removed the previous color, and that’s when all of the damage and discoloration from the other salon became obvious (Picture 2). From there, she meticulously color-corrected every section of my hair with so much precision and attention to detail. It was clear she truly cared about getting everything just right.

Throughout the appointment, Alissa used multiple repair treatments and recommended a personalized step-by-step hair care routine to help repair the damage caused by the previous salon. She prioritized the health of my hair every step of the way while still achieving the bright blonde color I wanted. I never once felt rushed, and she took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly.

The results completely exceeded my expectations (Picture 3). My hair turned out even better than my inspiration photo, and it feels way healthier. On top of being an incredibly talented stylist, Alissa is so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.

“I seriously loved this makeup class ?? Nancy was sooo nice, patient, and super knowledgeable, but what I appreciated most is that it never felt intimidating or “influencer /MUA space only” lol. There was truly space for the regular girl who just wants to learn how to do makeup in a way that actually works for HER features and skin ?

“I've been coming here for about 5 years. I can say that the receptionist is always so polite and helps us with whatever questions we have ♡ But it's definitely a hit or miss with the eyebrow ladies you get here. Soni did my eyebrows last time and left them super thick, exactly how I like them!!! I loved it. This time though they put them SOOO far apart. I tried telling her that they were too thin and she said that was just my natural brow & that I could try microblading. Which I don't mind suggestions but I know my eyebrows are thicker than that. & she tries to tell me they weren't... I added a before image of how thick my brows were before. The first images was today and the other was in December. I also put other images so you can see most of the time it is consistent but I get scared going because some just don't do it the way I like!!! & it doesn't help i usually go get my brows done before important events like anniversaries, birthdays, and graduation ? so if they mess up I have to fix them everyday until they grow back which is the downside.“
