Although the house was in great condition, there were several projects that needed immediate attention. I was referred to Genaro from a friend. “Royal Home Builders just finished up a bathroom remodel in my condo, and I'm very happy with the results! My realtor recommended them to me, and Simon responded to my initial call very quickly and gave me an estimate that was the best bang for my buck. He kept the project moving very quickly, and we rarely had a day where something wasn't happening. The original estimate was for 4-6 weeks, and it did take a bit longer than that, but it was mostly due to the huge number of inspections required by the city. I had a functioning shower by about 6.5 weeks. He had to leave for a couple weeks near the end of the remodel, so Gilbert stepped in to help shepherd the second half of the project, and he was also great to work with. He worked with all the inspectors to make sure everything was done to code and to my satisfaction. His subcontractors were prompt, did great work, and left very little mess to clean up. I'd definitely consider working with Royal Home Builders again if I need to remodel something in the future.“
