“Today was my pup's first visit to Dr. Johnson to address a digestive issue which has stumped my usual vet for months.

On-site parking was plentiful. I was immediately impressed with the staff -- they took the time to ask a lot of questions about the reason for our visit and what had been going on with the dog. They really listened and offered a lot of valuable information before we even saw Dr. Johnson.

Dr Johnson took us exactly on time and was a breath of fresh air. She seemed incredibly knowledgeable, which have me a lot of confidence. Also, I never felt rushed. She took plenty of time to listen to the entire history and talk through what seems to be a very sensible and practical treatment plan.

These days, most vets (not to mention doctors) make you feel like just another number on their endless conveyor belt. That was definitely not my experience with Dr. Johnson and the staff. They listened carefully, made me feel heard and took the time to make sure I understood everything they said. In my opinion, that is a level of professionalism and care very rarely seen these days!“

“Dr. Chang and her team are the best around. We came to TACOE during the pandemic with our diabetic senior Dachshund when our vet closed suddenly. While the pricing is a bit on the higher side, the level of care makes it worth it especially since my dog has diabetes and needs consistent, knowledgeable management.
