Capri Plaza Pet Clinic is a welcoming and friendly establishment that prioritizes the well-being of its furry and scaly patients. The staff, including knowledgeable doctors and technicians, take the time to answer questions and provide exceptional care. The clinic's expertise in exotic animals, such as reptiles and small mammals, is particularly noteworthy. While some staff members may require improvement in handling certain animals, the overall experience at Capri Plaza Pet Clinic is positive, with many customers willing to travel from afar to receive its exceptional care and kindness.
We've had 3 trios of rats and have been coming here for all of their medical needs. The staff are always warm & compassionate, have a great, positive working attitude and truly care for our animals' health & safty. They go above and beyond to accommodate their clients whenever possible, and the services are reasonably priced for exotic care. They're absolutely worth our 45min drive!
