Shout out to the All Valley Urgent Care on 1600 S Imperial St. Super friendly staff, excellent service, and immediate check in. The MA and NP were amazing. I am so glad there is an urgent care center in El Centro! 10/10 ⭐️

If I could give this Urgent Care more than (5) stars I would. Awesome experience from the minute I walked in the door. Location is new and designed very well. Staff were very friendly and professional. I know this might seem minor, but staff were not playing or texting on their personal cellphones and ignoring patients like other Urgent Cares but were very attentive and professional. Though new (and to be expected), the facility is very spacious, extremely well maintained and spotless. Did not feel like I was going to leave with more critters than I arrived with. Best urgent care in our area. Has to be the friendliest, kindest staff around. Very helpful and caring. Explains everything, answers any questions you have and doesn't rush you. Also very quick and efficient. This will be my go to urgent care now. Has the hometown doctor feel to the place.
