Always professional and thorough. Great bed side manners. Dr. Was attentive. XRay technician was impeccable. Only issue is the long wait at peak hours. A tribute to their fastidious care. Five stars.
Vacationing in Palm Desert and was suffering for 2 days with Vertigo. Went to Emergency at 10 pm and was processed promptly. Vitals taken, blood work completed, dr discussion and ekg and ct scan completed. An incredible staff with compassion, empathy and professionalism. High praises to Dr Manuel De Jesus.
Yesterday’s visit at Eisenhower Urgent Care, in Rancho Mirage, California at the corner of Monterey and Country Club, went exceedingly well. Dr. Joby Marie Marfori was excellent taking care of my mother‘s arm wound which needed cleaning and bandaging. The staff on duty were also wonderful and very kind, and I wish I could recall their names. From the woman who took my mother’s insurance information to the woman who escorted us into the examining room and the woman who gave my mom a tetanus shot, each one was caring and kind. Along with Dr. Marfori, the entire team was extraordinary. Thank you to everyone for taking care of my mom.
