“My mom had all her final wishes set up years ago with the Trident Society . I do not live in the area so I was counting on her end of life being taken care with dignity and care. Aerial, the funeral director, went through every aspect of her cremation. Every detail was checked and double checked to make sure it was all correct. She was extremely caring, patient and understanding that we were going through a tough time . Every step of the way she kept us in the loop . The entire staff was extremely helpful and made us feel that this was the best thing for our mom . I have nothing but respect for people that do this work . They did it very well. Thank you 🙏“

“In a time when my sister and I unexpectedly lost our dad, nothing was set up or planned we needed a place that would help guide us and also that could help facilitate our desire to celebrate our dad but within a budget. Wiefel’s and Sons was a true blessing in such a time of tremendous grief. I was not at the hospital the dad my dad passed unexpectedly, and being able to have a viewing to hold his hand and hug him a last time before cremation was vital and vastly important to me. Maggie and Graham helped my sister and brother in law with the first steps and then Graham continued to help us through the process onto the service date which we had planned about month later. We wanted a non-denominational service and we were put in touch with Wayne who is such a special soul. My dad, family and friends move to their own beat and my sister and I were able to contribute Danny(a true professional but so kind and compassionate), Wayne(incredible minister) and Graham (angel behind the scenes) gave us the space to make the service our own with music- slideshow and space for others to speak . The candle service at the end was very special and I’m so glad that Danny was there to help guide. With never going through this process and us hearing my dads voice in the background to not be wasteful we did not have the whole nine yards at the service nor could we afford but on a few things we didn’t have Danny extended his compassion and grace to my sister and I while the grief has felt heavier the months after the service - that day will never be forgotten. Wiefels allowed us to put a beautiful tribute online and a space to truly celebrate my dad, Gerald, whom we did not have everything but we did have a lot of love and the love and respect of community as well as the compassion and care from Wiefels and Sons. Danny, Graham, Wayne and Maggie thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us navigate this time. The days and months have passed since the service but I will never forget the love and care you showed my sister and I during one of the most difficult times in my adult life. For anyone that has never been through this process or that needs help with this process Wiefels and Sons knows what they are doing.
