The massage experience at Footloose Reflexology Massage is described as professional and soothing, with a focus on therapeutic massage rather than relaxation. The staff, including Coco, are highly skilled and attentive to the client's needs, adjusting the pressure as requested. Customers have praised the effectiveness of the massage, with one noting that they pay twice as much for a less satisfactory experience in their hometown. While the environment is open and not as private as a typical massage, the ambiance is calming, with relaxing music and a discreet atmosphere.
