“This company is incredibly professional and kind. I had a severe, painful, stressful, embarrassing breakout, and they squeezed me in the same day. The receptionist who answered the phone explained all of the services that could help my situation, went over each option available, and handled the booking quickly with such a kind and professional attitude. The location was easy to find, and the receptionist also gave me helpful tips on how to find their establishment, which made the whole process even easier.

Kaylyn did my facial, and she was wonderful. She was very thorough, asked thoughtful questions to better understand my skin, and gave me great recommendations both during the facial and for preventing future breakouts. I literally talked her ear off, and she was so patient and easy to work with. She was also very clean, walked me through every step of the procedure, and was incredibly gentle during the extractions while clearing my pores.

Leaving the salon, the inflammation from the breakout was gone, and it was no longer tight and painful. The next day, my skin had already healed dramatically. The product she recommended at the end of my facial has already worked wonders, and it’s only been a week! With the quality of service they provide and the products they use, I felt the pricing was more than fair.

From start to finish, this was a 5-star experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you have sensitive, acne-prone skin.“

Although I have lived close to The Spa at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa for many years I have never visited their Spa before but wanted to beat the heat here and decided to try it out. The customer experience from the first touchpoint on the phone thru to the goodbyes when I left at the end of my spa day truly EXCEEDED my expectations and I don’t say that easily. Having had wonderful spa experiences from Hawaii to Greece and Portugal among other places having my mind blown right around the corner from my home was truly unexpected. The day pass to use The Spa was a reasonable $68 for the full day which started at 9am and is good thru closing at 7pm the day I was there. I was warmly greeted at the front desk and given a aluminum bottle of water to use during the day (there are water stations everywhere throughout the spa building) and a special pouch for small items like jewelry or keys etc…. that sometimes get left behind in lockers. From there I was escorted into the Women’s Area that is truly spacious and SPOTLESS! From the locker area to the bathroom areas that they have stocked with everything you need from makeup remover clothes to face serum, face lotion, face toner, etc… you are not lacking a thing including hair dryer, curling irons and other items you can request at no charge. The showers offer a private studio for you that includes body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body gel and both a traditional as well as a large rain showerhead. Once you go into the women’s only spa area you are greeted with many choices from a dry sauna to wet sauna (eucalyptus and mint where infused the day I was there) as well as a salt chamber they start for you with a 10-minute private session included in spa day price!. The jacuzzi is large and surrounded by seating so you can have a lovely chat and catch up with friends and family. The staff is constantly cleaning so when I say the area is spotless, I mean SPOTLESS. You can also lounge in the co-ed lounge that offers lovely hot teas, spa water and a host of healthy/yummy snack like dried apricots, date cookies, trail mix and other items to quench your light appetite again at no added cost. There is of course a full menu of food and beverages that can be ordered via staff as well. Our 5 hours there went by in a blink of an eye and I will be a regular from now on for sure. Whether you are in the area to visit or you are a local like me The SPA IS A MUST FOR SPOILING YOURSELF & LOVED ONES!“
