Dr Jochen has been my Physician for over 15 years for dermatology and for other cosmetic procedures.I have had nothing but positive experiences. The offices are brand new, clean, and they run like a well oiled machine. Dr. Jochen consistently answers all my questions before and after making my appointment. He provides a safe, understanding, sympathetic, practice, and always accompanies his diagnosis with treatment suggestions. I have been seeing Elaine Woo-Gallagher NP for over ten years and have been extremely satisfied with her professionalism. Now am 72 and with very limited financial resources after being disabled for nearly forty years. However, doubt I will be returning. Had a semi-annual appointment today; and, after spending the night on the porcelain throne - possibly food poisoning or ? - I called to explain that I was too weak to come into the office plus in case it isn't a food related issue that I didn't want exposure either way and needed to reschedule.
