“We had a wonderful experience working with Good News Home Improvements. We needed an old garden window removed and replaced with a large picture window which also required some stucco work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received an estimate quickly and then everything else happened in a very timely manner including getting the window ordered, getting the work on the books for when the window was expected to arrive, etc. The window installers did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The stucco work was done the very next day and we were so impressed by how well the new stucco texture matches our existing stucco. The cost of everything was very reasonable, too! “We used West Standard to install Hardie plank shingle siding on our house along with a new front door and 5 windows. They were great to work with. They gave us a very reasonable bid and were readily available. They were courteous and went above and beyond, even doing extras like taking down and hauling away an old rooftop antenna since they were going to the dump anyway. They are eager to please and do careful work. Serge was a great foreman and Yaro was very responsive and nice. Max came back to finish up and was great as well. “Great experience with RCR in 2024.
RCR (Scott Joseph, CEO and Angie Joseph, Controller) was retained by our Gold River HOA to paint the 90+ houses in our promontory point village in 2024.
Their on-site team, Felipe Licera (painting supervisor) and Joe (construction supervisor) were first rate. I got to know Felipe well and he is a all- star.....highly recommended. Same for Joe although I only knew him for a short time but his communication was great. Their crews worked efficiently and professionally to complete their tasks timely and communicated well with me and the other homeowners per my feedback.
Scott and Angie were great to work with also and kept us informed on schedules, change orders for dry rot repairs and other work items.
Coming from a family construction background (masonry), I can honestly say that RCR is top notch, fair and honest. I would recommend them for your projects.
