“I needed a complete reroofing of my house and got three quotes to evaluate. I chose American Cool Construction to do the job. The Owner/Contractor David Saruhanov came out to meet me and discuss the project. He offered much more than the other two bids I got and he was very specific of the job they would do. What was most important to me was the warrantees, which he offered 25 year warranty for workmanship, and 50 warranty from GAF for any materials that should not hold up. The other two proposals only offered either a 7 year or 10 year warranty. I had a very good feeling when discussing the project with David that he would deliver what he said. And that is exactly what happened. I would highly recommend anyone needing roof repairs, new roofs, or reroofs, to check out The American Cool Construction Company. Their bid was barely more than the other two bids and the warranties much longer.“

“I recently had the siding on my home replaced after dealing with constant problems from the old siding. It had started leaking over time and ended up causing more damage than I originally thought. When the crew opened things up, we found some dry rot in the framing underneath the old siding, which explained a lot of the issues I’d been dealing with. Andrey handled the dry rot repair and did a really solid job fixing the damaged framing. What I appreciated was that Best Exteriors was very fair with the pricing for the extra work. It wasn’t something anyone wants to discover during a project, but they were straightforward about it and didn’t try to overcharge. Even with the dry rot repair, the project didn’t get delayed. The team stayed on schedule and still finished the house quickly. The whole crew worked efficiently and kept things moving without cutting corners. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
