“We had a wonderful experience working with Good News Home Improvements. We needed an old garden window removed and replaced with a large picture window which also required some stucco work. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received an estimate quickly and then everything else happened in a very timely manner including getting the window ordered, getting the work on the books for when the window was expected to arrive, etc. The window installers did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The stucco work was done the very next day and we were so impressed by how well the new stucco texture matches our existing stucco. The cost of everything was very reasonable, too! We wouldn't hesitate to call Good News again for any future projects!“

I was thrilled to pieces to not only find out they did, but they would also take care of buying the product and bring it to my home so I wouldn’t have to do anything. “The house I, live in is 75 years old, and unfortunately, that means the sewer line is too. The problems I was having had finally caught up to me and I could no longer avoid them. Numerous plumbers, and also the local sewer people all told me the line from my house to the sewer needed to be replaced.I decided to get 4 bids for the job. My parents suggested I contact the contractor that built their beautiful house to see if they could help.Not only was it the lowest bid, but the level of professional from first contact was top notch.While the crew was here, they were able to assist me with a few other projects I needed addressed.Everything was executed quickly and flawlessly.Some of the work they helped me with was repairing substandard work done by previous contractors I’ve had work on my house. “When we first contacted 3G for a siding quote back in late April of 2025, we weren't too serious and honestly, didnt have the funds to do it. We reached back out (October)after doing more research ourselves and exploring other products and Jeremy gave his recommendation of not using the product i wanted, but still quoted us to install it. We weren't happy with the price still so we sat. We were a tad embarrassed to have wasted his time and Jeremy reached back out to us in late December. It felt almost like a miracle that they still wanted to work with us because i know that we were asking a lot of technical questions and being a contractor myself, i was really into the fine details. 3g exceeded all of our expectations. David and his crew of 3 other guys had both layers of siding off, new sheeting installed all around, house wrapped, foam insulated, new windows installed and flashed, and finished all of the siding in about 8 full days. These guys move quick, they clean up after themselves, are very detail oriented, they communicate well and are very thorough. Being a contractor myself, looking at their work at the beginning and end of each day, these guys absolutely know what they are doing and are confident in doing so. 10/10“

Although I was skeptical of them not using Anlin glass, they do offer more features and accessories for their patio doors that other competitors lack for similar prices. Overall satisfied with the estimate and installation, would be a repeat customer in the far future.“

“I needed a complete reroofing of my house and got three quotes to evaluate. I chose American Cool Construction to do the job. The Owner/Contractor David Saruhanov came out to meet me and discuss the project. He offered much more than the other two bids I got and he was very specific of the job they would do. What was most important to me was the warrantees, which he offered 25 year warranty for workmanship, and 50 warranty from GAF for any materials that should not hold up. The other two proposals only offered either a 7 year or 10 year warranty. I had a very good feeling when discussing the project with David that he would deliver what he said. And that is exactly what happened. I would highly recommend anyone needing roof repairs, new roofs, or reroofs, to check out The American Cool Construction Company. Their bid was barely more than the other two bids and the warranties much longer.“
