Right from the start, Heather and Alicia were great about listening to what I wanted and helping me to figure out what would be the best options for me! They were never pushy. Im so glad I had the two of them guiding me through the process, because they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to deciding on all the details. They were also professional and had all the relevant samples on-hand, which was great to help me visualize everything. They were thoughtful, kind, and a pleasure to work with!

They also definitely sold me on the company. I had a few quotes from other places but Alicia and Heather seemed to really care and were more knowledgeable. They were also extremely communicative throughout the process! Katie was also really helpful in making sure I was kept up-to-date on timelines and when my materials came in, etc.

I'm also very happy with the install, itself. The materials are top-notch and I love how everything turned out! Alberto was fantastic and seemed to be very thorough. He was also conscientious, taking care to clean up everyday so there was as little impact to my life as possible. It took a little longer than I expected. But I know some delays are unavoidable because you don't know what you'll find when you tear things out. Alberto listened to me and made sure everything was put in at the exact right height/place that worked for me. He even fixed a part of my flooring next to the shower so it was finished off properly! It looks BEAUTIFUL and I love it so much!

They were easy to work with (from getting the bid to signing the contract, selecting the windows), everything went very smoothly during the demo and installation, the crew was great. RCR (Scott Joseph, CEO and Angie Joseph, Controller) was retained by our Gold River HOA to paint the 90+ houses in our promontory point village in 2024.
Their on-site team, Felipe Licera (painting supervisor) and Joe (construction supervisor) were first rate. I got to know Felipe well and he is a all- star.....highly recommended. Same for Joe although I only knew him for a short time but his communication was great. Their crews worked efficiently and professionally to complete their tasks timely and communicated well with me and the other homeowners per my feedback.
Scott and Angie were great to work with also and kept us informed on schedules, change orders for dry rot repairs and other work items.
