“Great service from the time they picked up the phone to the last walkthrough. The estimator was fair and offered us a discount to help with affordability. The carpenters were skilled and didn't take any shortcuts. I highly recommend them and will be referring them to anyone in my HOA for deck work and dryrot issues. Great company.”
DaBella
“Wonderful company and I'm very happy with my new shower. I'm so glad I chose DaBella!
Right from the start, Heather and Alicia were great about listening to what I wanted and helping me to figure out what would be the best options for me! They were never pushy. Im so glad I had the two of them guiding me through the process, because they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to deciding on all the details. They were also professional and had all the relevant samples on-hand, which was great to help me visualize everything. They were thoughtful, kind, and a pleasure to work with!
They also definitely sold me on the company. I had a few quotes from other places but Alicia and Heather seemed to really care and were more knowledgeable. They were also extremely communicative throughout the process! Katie was also really helpful in making sure I was kept up-to-date on timelines and when my materials came in, etc.
I'm also very happy with the install, itself. The materials are top-notch and I love how everything turned out! Alberto was fantastic and seemed to be very thorough. He was also conscientious, taking care to clean up everyday so there was as little impact to my life as possible. It took a little longer than I expected. But I know some delays are unavoidable because you don't know what you'll find when you tear things out. Alberto listened to me and made sure everything was put in at the exact right height/place that worked for me. He even fixed a part of my flooring next to the shower so it was finished off properly! It looks BEAUTIFUL and I love it so much!
Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommended this company!”
