There's a reason everyone with a mobile home calls on Capital West for re-leveling and structural support, they are pros with 40 years in the business. Ellen, who handles the scheduling, pricing and dozens of other details related to running a business is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Brian who handled our project on the day was thorough, informative and experienced. Highly recommend.

Overall I am very pleased with the driveway awning they built for me. The issue I have is that the communication was pretty spotty. I was told many times that workers would be out to do the job at varying points in the process. Many times they did not show or were late enough I had to call to find out what was up. The office was not proactive in contacting me even after I asked many times for them to just ring me or text me when workers were due, held up, or not coming. The work was excellent and the workers were friendly & respectful; they checked with me when there were tweaks or issues to be sure of what I wanted.

Other companies I called for re-leveling were $800+ and months out for service, I called this place on a Wednesday and had an appointment set for that following Monday. Very fair pricing, even for coming all the way up to Foresthill. Brian and his assistant Jack were very professional and nice, they were quick and clean, and the inspection was thorough. My floors definitely feel more sturdy, will definitely be using these guys for future repairs and will be referring them to all of my neighbors.
