This team is attentive, kind, and sensitive to your needs. The first time I went to get a few cavities fixed the girls had me laughing and joking despite the drilling for the fillings and the second time I almost fell asleep while they were working. “I usually don't look forward to my dentist visits. So I was surprised at feeling irritated when my late March appointment got postponed due to COVID. And annoyed when it was rescheduled not a month or two later, but over 6 months later while they figured things out. Well, I'm happy to report that they aced the figuring things out part - my appointment earlier this week was flawless. The practice sent a text reminder the day before with a clear check-in protocol, all staff wore proper masks, plexiglass safety shields were installed in the right places, and social distancing was enforced. I arrived on time and filled out a form certifying I was covid free. They did a temperature check and escorted me to the familiar surroundings of the room where I've had my teeth taken care of for a few years now. My usual hygienist Melinda and dentist Dr. Steven attended to me - consultation, X-Rays, cleaning, flossing, polishing, chit-chat - it felt so normal, I forgot we were in the middle of a global pandemic. Checking out was a breeze, I happily took some pictures for this review as I walked away. I can't wait to return in Spring, COVID or not!“
