“I am someone who has had a lifelong fear of the dentist. That is a fear that has almost entirely been alleviated in the years I’ve been going to the Diablo Dental Group. They have one of the kindest and most accommodating staffs you could ask for, and they have put in some serious work on my teeth with no judgement. I have previously been very self conscious about my smile, and now I don’t feel like I have to catch myself when I laugh too hard.

In my standard visit there’s usually three people I interact with, and I would say they make me look forward to my visits. Everyone on staff is clearly a hard worker determined on making your experience as positive as possible, but I would like to take a moment to shout out these three in particular. The receptionist, Lena, is always there to greet you with a warm welcome. She offers a first impression that lets you know every part of your visit will be handled with care and quality. Dr. Lim is my primary dentist, and she is a professional in the truest sense of the word. She is thorough in her work and explanations, making sure you understand every step of your care and that you are comfortable during any procedure or visit. Her and her staff have my full trust, and my utmost gratitude. Last but not least is Irina, who is the dental assistant that I typically interact with the most in any given visit. She is one of the kindest souls I have met, and she is also extremely understanding of the fact that I jump a little every time she moves the seat (I did mention I had ALMOST completely gotten over my fears). We usually have a good laugh over that or something else, and in those interactions it is clear to me she cares deeply about her job and making sure those under her care feel safe and comfortable. She is a shining example of Diablo Dental Group’s stellar work ethic and overall commitment to their clientele.
