“Love Dr. Perkins and the hygienists at Waterford. However, I was shocked recently when they asked to pay 50% of the fee upfront, for my next appointment which is a few months away. They’ve never asked for such payments for any of my previous visits, so this policy was disappointing. When I asked the employee if this was a new policy, she said we always do this, however they never did in the past in my experience. This policy is the only reason for the 4 stars as it made me uncomfortable, otherwise staff in general is very pleasant and positive.”
