“A friend recommended this dentist's office, and I truly love it! Even though it's about 30 minutes from where I live, I don’t mind the drive because I know I'm getting top-notch service. Dr. Singh is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in simple language, making sure I understand what’s going on with my teeth and gums, and why he recommends certain treatments. The assistant is really helpful, walking me through the bills, insurance coverage, and co-pays with patience. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and they make sure I’m fully recovered from anesthesia before I drive home. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, making it easy to access the office. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and wholeheartedly recommend this place.“

“I am someone who has had a lifelong fear of the dentist. That is a fear that has almost entirely been alleviated in the years I’ve been going to the Diablo Dental Group. They have one of the kindest and most accommodating staffs you could ask for, and they have put in some serious work on my teeth with no judgement. I have previously been very self conscious about my smile, and now I don’t feel like I have to catch myself when I laugh too hard.

In my standard visit there’s usually three people I interact with, and I would say they make me look forward to my visits. Everyone on staff is clearly a hard worker determined on making your experience as positive as possible, but I would like to take a moment to shout out these three in particular. The receptionist, Lena, is always there to greet you with a warm welcome. She offers a first impression that lets you know every part of your visit will be handled with care and quality. Dr. Lim is my primary dentist, and she is a professional in the truest sense of the word. She is thorough in her work and explanations, making sure you understand every step of your care and that you are comfortable during any procedure or visit. Her and her staff have my full trust, and my utmost gratitude. Last but not least is Irina, who is the dental assistant that I typically interact with the most in any given visit. She is one of the kindest souls I have met, and she is also extremely understanding of the fact that I jump a little every time she moves the seat (I did mention I had ALMOST completely gotten over my fears). We usually have a good laugh over that or something else, and in those interactions it is clear to me she cares deeply about her job and making sure those under her care feel safe and comfortable. She is a shining example of Diablo Dental Group’s stellar work ethic and overall commitment to their clientele.

Dr. mattingly is a pro. On time..always explaining what he is doing while working on your teeth..very pleasant experience. At 72 years of age, I have many years of experience with dental offices and dentists.

This provider stands out for several reasons so I want to let others to know the reason I am recommending them.
1. They serve both HMO and PPO Delta Dental patients!

Many dentists will not accept HMO MEDICARE which often serves folks unable to pay higher premiums, because the HMO plan reimburses dentists at a lower rate. Unfortunately, the ones that do, in my experience, often pad their bills by adding procedures not coveted by insurance. These costs are passed onto patients as out of pocket costs. The providers often refused service unless I was willing to pay!
2. Cali care dentists offer the most current dental care practices which Delta refuses to cover. Fortunately, CALI Care will let you know which costs are not covered by insurance before they initiate the care.
3. The front desk is very knowledgeable and responds quickly via phone.
4. Their hygienists and dentists provide the most thorough deep cleaning!
6. You feel welcomed as soon as you enter the office; and feel you are amongst friends!

Every other DELTA HMO provider I DELTA’s Medicare HMO program (tried4) referred me to, with one exception, employed very deceptive practices designed to earn money for procedures not covered by the HMO Medicare plan. CALI-Care is different; they are honest brokers whose owners are onsite and seem to have their patient’s best interests as their primary goal. Kudos to them!”“

“I’m in my early seventies. My health is good. 8 months ago I had to find a new dentist because my work changed the Dental coverage. I’m glad I found Dr Bautista and still continuing his services. The office staff are knowledgeable and supportive to my dental needs. Apparently a two hour appointment crown replacement took 1 visit. The equipment he has constructed the crown on site. Dr. Bautista hasupdated dental technology. In essences. No old school dentistry, clean establishment. I felt very comfortable and no more anxious moments going to the dentist.
