I usually don't look forward to my dentist visits. So I was surprised at feeling irritated when my late March appointment got postponed due to COVID. And annoyed when it was rescheduled not a month or two later, but over 6 months later while they figured things out. Well, I'm happy to report that they aced the figuring things out part - my appointment earlier this week was flawless. The practice sent a text reminder the day before with a clear check-in protocol, all staff wore proper masks, plexiglass safety shields were installed in the right places, and social distancing was enforced. He is kind and caring; he has a comforting and gentle nature. He takes time to explain dental procedures and outcomes.
