“I’ve been going to physical therapists for more years than I can count. They’ve all been pretty much the same in their methodology of physical therapy . Working with Arvind at UCSF Saint Francis Physical Therapy on Bothelo Dr in Walnet Creek, has been a game changer. First of all, and most importantly, the PTherapy is given and watched over by your physical therapist and not turned over to an assistant. This is crucial in making sure that you are doing your exercises properly, and if the therapist sees that something is
amiss or something should be changed it can be done on immediately. I found the exercises challenging, but still to my level. It’s if I’m going to a gym where I have my own trainer.

The therapists are friendly, and welcoming. I actually look forward to my appointments with Arvind.“
