I spent an hour or two per week at Center for Sports Medicine for the last 3 months and received fantastic treatment. My PT Ernie dialed in some exercises that had me recover from a cartilage injury in my knee, so much so that I didn't end up needing surgery. He gave me at-home work to do as well that furthered my recovery. I have been able to return to running pain free which seemed a total longshot before I started. Ernie is knowledgeable and effective, and super personable as well. I have no hesitation recommending Ernie and CFSM for sports injury recovery.

Center for Sports Medicine in Walnut Creek is an outstanding physical therapy department where the therapists works directly with you the whole time demonstrating a high degree of skill, knowledge, and support. I came in with difficulty walking and lower back pain. Patricia Commer worked her magic and released the spasms in my back and legs freeing me up to begin the exercise program to strengthen the core and related muscles. Mari Ball gave me a Pilates and TRX routine that fits my body and personality allowing me to overcome my resistance to what I usually view as boring core work.
