I recently saw Melinda as my physiotherapist for pelvic pain which is ongoing for 1.5 years, She is a patient listener and heard about my background story, she tried delving into the root cause and possibility of nerve involvement as probable cause of muscles tightening. I am happy with the internal work, exercises recommended and also discovered the usage of pelvic wand. Thanks Melinda for all the pointing the tools in the pain management. I hope to continue them for full recovery.

I was referred to Courtney at PHRC by Kaiser for pelvic floor pt. Courtney is knowledgeable and the treatment she has been giving me seems to be working. She makes me feel comfortable with the treatments and during the visits. She is friendly and helps pass the treatment time talking.The location is easy to get to. It is bright and efficient. They have a receptionist who is polite and professional. They send me out appointment reminders as well as appointment confirmations.

I've been coming to PHRC for the better part of a year. What I appreciate most about the clinics is how knowledgeable the therapists are. I feel respected and heard by the staff and providers at PHRC. They listen to my concerns every session and we work as a team to address issues. Whether it is other members of my health care team, getting insurance to cooperate. Also, whatever part of my treatment plan I feel comfortable or not comfortable doing.
