Concentra Urgent Care is a clean and well-equipped facility with polite and competent staff. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The service is wonderful and they take care of everything needed. Patients are guided through the process with ease, even in challenging situations. Some patients report a quick experience, though others note it can be slow to get people seen, with waits of over an hour.
This location used to be the best in the bay area. But now that they switched locations they are more like the other locations and slow to get people seen. In previous years I’ve been in and out in less than 1 hour. This time it took 2.5 hours. Which is still slightly better than Concord or Richmond. But even DMV took less time.
Very friendly, polite, and quicker than expected.
Everyone was super friendly and professional. However, the wait times were way too long.
