“I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with the care I got here. Dr Kim Colon really helped me with the initial diagnosis and figuring out the best care plan for my PPPD. For almost a year I was struggling with Balance Issues and had stopped doing any sorts of physical activity. Carly was an amazing Physical Therapist and was super knowledgeable on my Vestibular issues and helped me regain my balance and confidence. I can easily do so many activities I was depriving myself of and I am so happy I found this place on Veda wesbite.“

“I rarely write online reviews, but I felt the need to write this review. In June I had an episode where I went to visit a Chiropractor for an acid reflux issue (foolish of me) for just a consultation and the lady who was a substitute literally broke my back, in the name of just examining. I was in so much pain in my lower back, thighs and gluteal muscles that I could barely walk. My doctor suggested I go to physical therapy, after two unsuccessful attempts, I came across Shalaka's website and called her immediately. My first session, I saw relief, by 5th session I was walking pain free. She used ultrasound therapy that started healing my tightened muscles in the pelvic and gluteal area. Shalaka was patient and listened to my concerns, the main thing she pointed out was how I was still in shock and trauma from that event and discussed in great detail how I have to overcome it. She used manual therapy to ease my muscles too and that really helped me. I am glad I found her and I highly recommend her to women who have pelvic issues, issues with tailbone, gluteal muscles, as well as lower back and back issues.“

“My experience with Clayton Francis of integrative fitness has been nothing but efficient, effective and wonderful. He is not like a regular massage therapist where he makes you feel good and then the pain comes back. He gets to the root of the problem and helped me to learn how to stand correctly and hold my body so the painful spots do not come back. He is knowledgeable, professional and will work with you throughout the process. I cannot thank Clayton enough for teaching me how to manage my body and most importantly become a much happier person with the pain gone. I could not sit in an airplane for longer than an hour without throbbing pain on my lower left back last week and like magic I had no pain. I highly recommend working with Clayton if you are looking for a permanent solution instead of a temporary fix.“

“I dislocated patella (kneecap) and I could not walk without dislocating it, Philip massaged my knee and leg everyday for a week and I can walk on it. Such fast results in such little time. The massages were long and very deep but it has helped me truly recover from this injury.“

“I am deeply grateful for the staffs kind and consistent communication with me during my 75 year old brother's end stage of life. I was 3000 miles away, but they went the extra mile to help me feel as if I was right by his side. His goal was to be rehabilitated, unfortunately his liver damage wouldn't allow this to happen.
We spoke daily, this was his favorite place, the best food, the best teck guy to help him with his computer or phone, the best pt group and nurses. He said the pt ladies were gently encouraging and he attended every session for weeks until he couldn't. And when he couldn't even talk anymore, these kind, compassionate ladies would go to his room, call me on his phone and place it on his pillow by his ear so I could talk to him. Because he was on oxygen, they would make sure I could hear his breathing as he would hear me talking.“

“First time going to a chiropractor in 25 years and Dr T was soooo amazing, he talked me through every treatment he was performing making me feel comfortable and by the end of my session I was feeling relaxed and brand new. The pain in my shoulder and lower back finally subsided and he also got rid of knots in my neck and shoulders that have been bothering me for months. Thank You Dr T.“

“I had cartilage damage in my knee that wasn't improving with rest, so my doctor prescribed me PT. Going to CFSM made a huge difference in my ability to get around and my general enjoyment of life and the outdoors. My PT Ernie knew exactly how to get me back on track with exercises (both at their facility and at home), deep tissue work, and confidence building. He knows his stuff and makes sure you're doing each exercise with proper form to get the most out of them. I recently returned to running pain free and never required surgery. Strong recommendation for active people with sports injuries.“
