“Just had my first assessment with TJ. Great guy with a lot of knowledge. Gave me some recommendations on how to work on my imbalances and took a lot of time to be very specific and individual with my case. Great little studio with all you need.“

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Danielle Race for pelvic floor PT during my second pregnancy, starting in my second trimester and continuing now into my third. I came to her dealing with leakage and discomfort, hoping to get to the root of the issue and feel more prepared for this second birth.

It’s been a genuinely great experience. My leaking has improved a lot, and just as importantly, I finally understand what’s actually causing it. The in-office PT sessions always feel tailored to whatever I’m dealing with that day, and the home exercises she sends me with are manageable, not overwhelming, which makes it easy to actually stick with them.

Dr. Danielle has a calm, confident, and genuinely empathetic demeanor that makes a real difference when you’re talking about something as personal as this. She listens closely and has kept my goals front and center throughout our sessions together.

I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her through postpartum. My only regret is not seeking this kind of care sooner!“

“Before seeing Dr Maddie, I had written off distance running as something my body was not capable of due to knee and ankle pain, and somewhat discouraging experiences with other PTs. After reading the reviews here and the initial consultation appointment I decided to give PT another go, and I’m so glad I did. Dr Maddie was encouraging of my goals while realistic about the work it would take to get there. She assessed my existing imbalances using redcord and provided tailored strength and mobility exercises. The exercise tracker app was really helpful for form videos and reminders to complete the exercises. Now I’m on track to run my first trail 50k in a few weeks! I’m so grateful for Dr Maddie’s work and I would highly recommend Elevated PT to others :)“

“I have been going to Stephanie for 13 years on and off and there’s truly no one more informed, no one more compassionate and understanding, relatable, funny and just REAL. Whenever I have a flare she is the one who tells me not to worry and this will pass and she is always right. She is always fighting for you and putting you first. I don’t know anyone who works harder and cares more and I’ve had a looooong list of doctors and people who had their bag of tricks and ran out of ideas. She never stops trying to figure out the right combination of treatments for her patients and has a great team of other providers she trusts if she needs to pull others into the loop. She is one in a billion.“

“I first went here because of the convienience of the location, but I was lucky to find such competent people to help me with my achilles tendon! I worked with both Jason and Andrea and was pleased by their high level of expertise and manner. They really helped me get back on track! Now, I've got another problem with my rotary cuff tendonitis and am feeling good about coming back and getting the help I need!“

“I never find myself writing reviews for anything, but I think I owe it to anyone looking to get out of pain, perform better in their sport, or just recover from an injury or surgery to share the experience that I, and four others, had after seeing Dr. Locatelli Rao in Pasadena.

TLDR: He has been able to help each of us after we all were separately convinced that we had seen “all of the best” PTs/therapists/healers in California, Minnesota and Vancouver.

I found him while I was training for an Ironman a couple of years ago. I had experienced a number of injuries while training that were starting to slow me down. Not only did those injuries resolve, but in later appointments with him I was able to fix my chronic shoulder/neck and low back pain that I had been living with for the last 15 years after injuries/surgeries from playing high school football and baseball. I can’t put a price on what this has done for my quality of life as someone who values taking care of my health and fitness.

Since then I have sent my parents, girlfriend and one of my friends to him and we have all had the same experience.

Parents: Dad (ankle) Mom (meniscus) - - both of them are now pain free after they had been living in pain for the past two decades after each of their injuries.

One of my best friends experienced a near-death skydiving accident. Broke 4 cervical vertebrae and tore his acetabular labrum (hip labrum) and had seen 12+ specialists to try to get out of pain and regain his mobility he had lost after being in a neck brace for 4 months. He was told that all of those specialists were the best in their fields/techniques but he only saw either marginal improvement (if any) or temporary improvement/relieve with them. After one appointment with Dr. Loc he regained most of the functionality of his left hip and is excited to go back and address his neck pain with Dr. Loc. For the first time in half a decade he is feeling confident that there is actually a path out of pain for him.

My girlfriend had low back pain throughout her life as long as she can remember. After a single appointment with Dr. Loc she has not experienced anywhere near the intensity/frequency of pain that she was experiencing prior. Even a day of sitting too long at her desk chair would have her at 6/10 pain and now the worst she experiences is a 1.5-2/10 after heavy lifting/long hikes. (follow him on Instagram and you'll see dozens of case studies and other examples of this happening for other people as well)

Put simply: We all call him a wizard and he is the now the first person we are all recommending other people go and see when they’re dealing with any sort of pain. It’s a long drive for me to go and see him, but I’d make the trip if it were 10x longer.“

“Ari has been helping me since January of 2021 during recovery from emergency spinal surgery due to a severe spinal cord injury. Before that injury, I had already gone through 2 spinal surgeries and still needing ongoing PT for the other half of my body.

Due to his unwavering dedication, determination, enthusiasm, and continued care, I have kept seeing him regularly.

To make my case more complex, due to other traumas, I have since needed 2 additional spinal surgeries and Ari has been by my side through it all. I couldn’t see myself going to another physical therapist. He keeps me motivated, encourages strength, and gives me advice for everyday living.

Before Ari, I went to 10+ other PT offices over a period of 15 years. I have never met anyone like him nor have I ever felt as comfortable and good about PT. His services are superior and his approach is unique. I wouldn’t want my family or friends to go to anyone else! I consider Ari part of my regular routine. He is able to keep me moving despite 3 spinal cord injuries.“

AIM Physical Therapy, Inc Physical Therapy

“AIM Physical Therapy is not like most P.T. providers. When you go to AIM for treatment you are going to get one hour of undivided attention from Dr. Justin Chuck, including diagnosis, hands-on therapy, exercise, stretching, and mobility work. The business model of every P.T. I have ever been to involves a limited amount of actual attention from the licensed therapist, then a longer period of exercise, stretches, etc, working with the therapist’s assistant or assistants. This allows the therapist to see several patients an hour while having a lot, or usually, the majority of the actual work done by lower-paid assistants working under the therapist’s supervision. Not Justin. As I said, he will work with you personally for the entire appointment. He was able to make progress in 2 visits on a shoulder condition that had steadily worsened. for a couple of years. I had previously seen a physician and two different P.T.’s, with not only no improvement, but steady worsening of the condition. I am finally feeling like I am seeing someone who is going to restore some real function to my shoulder, and if I develop any other condition, he is the first person I plan to see. I couldn’t recommend him more sincerely.“
