“I am so very fortunate to have chosen this location because of the physical therapist, Naomi. I had to have bone graft surgery and then an ACL revision surgery due to a previous ACL reconstruction that went bad. I started with her the day after the first surgery in springtime. After spending the last 4 years hobbling around in pain, I had very little quad strength and my knee kept hyperextending. But Naomi got my leg strong after the bone graft surgery and in just a few months. I expected to start again after the ACL revision surgery in August. But all the work she guided me through after the April surgery helped me tremendously. I didn’t have any pain and was able to walk much faster than after the original ACL reconstruction and the bone graft. She has helped both mentally and physically with her encouragement. After years of feeling helpless that my knee will never be the same, I finally have hopes to getting back to all my physical strength and activities prior to my original accident 4 years ago. I’m able to do things I haven’t been able to do in years thanks to my surgeon and Naomi. I have become so reliant on her and look forward to my PT sessions. I have had PT before that just felt like work. But I don’t feel that way at this Aspire PT facility and it’s because of Naomi. I can’t thank her enough because it has really made a difference in my quality of life. She’s the best!!”
