CATZ Pasadena provides both a fun and intense workout for those looking to push themselves. I attended a class with about 8 others, and it involved a variety of fitness-intensive exercises. My favorite part of the workout was that it was dynamic (i.e. movement-based), HIIT, and multi-exercise (i.e. you do multiple exercises, almost like a circuit, in order to complete the activity). It can get competitive and I like that. When you see others around you pushing, you want to push and finish on top. It's a hell of a workout and the ceiling is however high you're willing to push it. Started with Kevin today for several weeks of therapy after ankle surgery and he was very attentive, professional and gave me the confidence I needed to put weight on it. I've been to several PT locations for previous injuries and CATZ is by far the best! Hopefully I'll be up and exercising in no time at all.

I can't praise this place enough! I came here for treatment of a workers' comp injury, after having a nightmare experience at a different clinic. My PT (Dr. Tara) takes the time to listen and evaluate me every single session. The PTs and assistants work with you, to ensure you're doing the exercises correctly, are patient, and thorough. Each session is tailored to your needs, so you can see/feel progress. This seems to be their practice across the board, from what I've also observed from others, so you can't really go wrong here.
