She took her time to listen to my concerns about my hair color (random graying, prior highlights, at home root touch ups), then provided me with a few options allowing me to weigh the pros and cons of all. Most people ask you 1-2 questions then go blend. She probably took an extra minute and it absolutely showed and made me feel like she cared. Lupita is genuine, kind, and a true professional. She did a wonderful job and I absolutely love my hair color, it blends beautifully, and I feel like I was part of the process in ways I haven’t been before.. HIGHLY recommend.“
