I've been going to Mai Nail bar for years (shout out Chloe/Lucy combo forever.. truly my SUPREME team❤️), but felt compelled to come write a review after my last appointment. Besides the excellent work, I just have to point out the immense kindness of the staff. There was an older woman having a bathroom/medical issue during her appointment and Mai and her team were so kind and completely unphased/did not shame her at all as they helped her get to the restroom, gave her time and then continued her appointment afterwards. They truly care for ALL their clients ❤️. Also shout out to Nelson who I've seen diffuse many a difficult client with such grace and professionalism!
Happy to add another 5 star review for Mai Nail Bar, especially for Mai. She is so talented at what she does. She is meticulous but very gentle with my hands, and really takes her time to give you what you want. I gave up on getting my nails done after the pandemic because I just couldn't find a good salon until this place was recommended to me by a friend. My nails have never looked better and I'm so grateful for Mai Nail Bar. Very friendly staff, very clean salon, very reasonable prices for Pasadena, very convenient location and available parking. What more could you ask for? 😃
